Help me, my friends.

Pic related is an issue I'm having on my model 1 Genesis. I dont believe its the crt as my other systems dont show this. I get weird vertical color lines through the screen and it looks more blurry then my other systems in composite. I will first post a pic of the screen when its black during gameplay so you can see the bars, then i will post one of the game not during a black screen. Please ignore my reflection, its the only way to see this shit on my camera.

Also, this only happens in composite, with the rf unit, the bars go away...
