best arcade fighting games ports for the PS2?
I read yesterday the Darkstalkers collection has input lag up the ass so that one is out

So I read in a homebrew thread that the 3ds can play games natively(no emulation). Does that mean the game have no input lag?. I remember seeing that the screen may add some lag too. And there is another method to play gba games called

Do I need a SFamicom to enjoy its games to the fullest like with Famicom games that need an actual Famicom to enjoy their sound?
