Because muh tank controls to create "horror" tension with rudimentary 3D environments that were more a product of limitations than a real design choice hence why attempts on 6th gen systems turned into DMC and RE4, which were what Capcom were aiming for anyway with 3D action games but made a "horror" because of said camera and movement limitations and a legion of retarded fans who can't get over improved camera programming and contextual button prompts (I blame OOT)

I don't know what you're referring to, the translation is fine other than some ambiguity over the translation of "星" as "Planet" and "セフィロス・コピー" as "Sepiroth clone"
