No dice. I think I read somewhere that some Windows users are having issues with the core on recent versions of RetroArch. I managed to find BIOS images except for the optional d8000.rom file but Yu-No still crashes awhen it should give me the play with colors/play monochrome startup prompt. Luckily standalone Neko Project 21/W works fine so I may stick with that for now.
