No it doesn't. Even assuming you have no friends for multiplayer you can at least try to master every weapon and even after that you can still switch characters for subtle changes in the movesets and timing.

yeah although these was kind of a meme. The moment you play it you realize it's more like a fencing game but where you get a death animations for each point.

I've been playing 2P Bushido Blade versus a friend on an emulator and it's super fun. Why don't they make fighting games like this anymore?

And what are some other good 2-player games I can emulate?
