Right boys, I need your help.

I have pic related to feed RGBS to my display via BNC to RCA adaptors but I cannot manually select the SCART input, it needs 12v DC on pin 8 to recognise and switch automagically.

Is there anyway to trick the set into switching without having to wire a 12v line into this adaptor i.e can I pinch something from the signal inputs to power this switching or are they far too low voltage (and too AC) for this purpose?
