Has there ever been a pokemon with as much potential as this guy that got completely shafted until it was too late?
>No bug moves gen1
>Only bug move it learns gen2 is fury cutter with a base power of 10
>Learns no bug moves gen3
>Finally gets one bug move gen4 but its been power creeped too hard so its not worth it anymore

Only other pokemon I can think of is Flareon
