Well, it was released months before the Street Fighter 2 boom. Also, fighting games used to be one of the best genres to showcase the power of a hardware.

I have only been playing indie games and shit from the 6th gen and before, games now days just don't appeal to me, maybe there's Dragon Quest but that's because i loved the main series since long ago, DLC kind of killed the hype for new games, like you don't have the sense of having a complete game but part of it.

Dude, SNK was absolute soul in the early 90's. Everyone I know dreamt of owning a Neo Geo, but had to settle for a Genesis or SNES.
