I have a 17'' eMachines CRT from like 2005 or 2006 I think. I like it just fine as a computer monitor but I've been having an issue with it for a couple of years now. There appears a vertical.. line? Its fairly thick, a little less than half an inch. Its not completely straight. If you were to follow it from top to bottom it would have a small curve from left to right, then mostly straight down till it hits a larger curve. It moves from bottom to top very slowly and occasionally jitters from left to right. Fumbling with the VGA cable will make it lessen to where its almost non-existent or you can make it worse. Is this just a matter of a loose connection inside of the case itself or do you think the cable has a weak connection to the VGA plug itself?

I don't really have a great way to demonstrate the problem, this picture is as good as I can get it.
