Had a lot of good memories playing MOTW with some gameFAQS friends on MAME back in the day. I know the SNK diehards have spoken, the game isn't very much in faith with any of its predecessors whatsoever. I personally love the backgrounds and music, the colourful tight cast and the JD system.

Glad they moved the worthwhile characters along into KOF and other franchises. But outside of Gato and Kevin I think its not too unbalanced and fun to play with friends on its own merits.
