I forgot about these. PCE-CD games, untranslated with a strong anime art style. Feature some of the best graphics on the console. A side scrolling adventure game in dungeons and features top down in the overworld. It looks more like a Ys game (1-2 for top down, and 3 for dungeons) than a Xanadu game.

I have not personally played them but they look neat.
