Because some of the best arcade games had some extra characters to play as, like the TMNT games, Final Fight, and pic related.

Hey /vr/, I'm considering opening a Retro game store/Arcade.

I feel like all retro stores severely underpay for games and overcharge for them. I feel if i closed that gap a bit, and then paid about 75%-80% of the price i charge for the games, I might be able to generate more business.

Arcade games I'd like to have so far is Sunset Riders, Marvel Versus Capcom 2, Simpson, TMNT, Time Crisis/Jurassic Park, all for a quarter each. No fucking ticket bullshit games, just classic gaming.

I'd also like to set up a room where people could play games in store. You could pay a certain amount per hour, leave your ID at the front desk, and try a game to see if you really like it first.

Been thinking about tournaments too, but not really sure what the best format to do for that would be. Prizes could be games CIB or rare titles from old systems.

What would be some things you'd like to see in a store like this?
