These 'Eventidee' summoners in the muttmod chaos sanctuary are on a whole different level of bullshit. They spawn out multiple enemies at once and then teleport away and spawn more enemies. I was near maybe 10 of them for all of 15 seconds and this was the result.

I have no idea how you're supposed to do this untwinked with a barb, let alone on Hell difficulty. This was just nightmare.
