The two familiars were the Sprite, which would sing for Alucard when he sat in a chair, and the Nosedevil, which had nothing seperating it from the regular Devil.

The Nosedevil instead was an actor joke: both it and the regular Devil familiar were voiced by Joji Yanami, who is rather well known for voicing (and having) big nosed characters.
