Starfox comes across as for babies when in comparison to picrel.

OOT, RE2, Quake, Pokemon R/B and Panzer Dragoon Saga. All for essentially the same reason, I was at the ideal 10ish age playing when playing them but they captured my imagination like no other games. I still play through a lot of them at least once a year if I can.

It's the third part in a trilogy, so if you don't know the events of the first two games you might get lost with the big picture stuff. Otherwise just play it and enjoy it for what it is. It's a pretty light but refined rpg. NPCs are voiced, you never have to grind and the atmosphere is comfy. Don't go in thinking it's going to be the most revolutionary rpg you've ever played and you will probably have a nice time.

Tough, they're all great. MGS is the only one that didn't stick with me though. Once I played MGS2 I forgot all about the first. With HL I associate a lot of the expansions and offshoots (CS) so I have to remember to judge it by itself. All that said, I really don't know. It's still a toss up between OOT and PDS. The fact that it's this difficult for me when OOT has been ported a million times while PDS hasn't probably says the answer.
