Hmm, it's just cosmetic at the moment, not sure if I want to make you recover faster though. It'd look fairly odd running around punching stuff, then lowering your arms for a second as you run to the next guy before socking him in the eyeface.

I more or less put it in because I like atmospheric maps, and like to walk around without looking like I'm searching for a brawl, or to shoot all the things.
