That's a pre-rendered game. What's impressive about it? Not to mention the actual console's shitty image quality, which is the result of the blur filter used so interlacing isn't visible. Yes, it's visible even on a CRT with blur disabled. That's how shitty interlacing is.

It's not even an emulator, but the HD remaster version. Check the HUD; it's in 16:9. It's a prerendered game, and you can't get that look on PCSX2.
