I wouldn't recommend it. I have the NES advantage, same experience, different console. It rarely gets used.

Game pads just work better on consoles and offer a more comfortable experience since you can lean back with ease.

If you want some turbo, go with the ascii pad. Works like a charm and does a fine job replicating the feel of the original SNES controller. Also about half as cheap on ebay.
