It's a Famicom cartridge. Good multicarts at good prices will almost always be Famicom carts. In fact, if you already have any pirate ass looking NES multicarts you should open it up and you may very well find you already have a 60-to-72 pin converter with a CIC chip in it - assuming it works in an unmodified front loader.

Oh crap I guess it's 198-in-1 now that I attach this pic of it, which should probably lead you to the Aliexpress site where you can order it. If you need a 60-to-72 pin converter AKA Famicom Converter you should be able to get one on eBay for about $20 from out of a Gyromite (or other first wave NES game). If you buy a cheap one you may have to open your front loader and disable your 10NES to get it to work but that's never a bad idea really - unless you're a total monkey when it comes to performing mods.

I've been thinking about ordering one of these - it's only $9 with free shipping and the game list is pretty bitchin' and includes Recca.

I wish I knew a cheap multicart that had Bio-Force Ape, Secret Ties, Mr Gimmick and Little Samson but those kind are always expensive enough that I just start shopping for flash carts. I also wish there was a multicart that was all english language RPGs but I guess save games are much more expensive to produce on bootleg multicarts
