>Zelda is only jRPG you've mentioned in whole post

I mentioned Zelda because that was my introduction to JRPGs and millions of others could say the same thing. I also played Ys on the IIGS, Final Fantasies, Phantasy Stars, among many MANY other JRPGs by the time Pokemon came out. I did not list every single game I had played, but I did list a couple very deep Western RPGs that were of more interest to a RPGer than some game where grinding was the whole point.

>refuted actual argument

If you'd care to present an argument, I could probably refute it. All you've done here is complain about your hurt feelings.

>I really wish I'll have as much time in my life when I'll be 40 as you to hang around in a thread dedicated to franchise I hate, for DAYS straight, just to post baby pictures, brag about my mature, refined taste and look down upon people who were born later than me.

It's not as if I hang in here 24/7 just waiting to torture you. I was simply making a point about Pokemon, one which mirrors that of OP. If he was born fifteen or twenty years earlier he probably wouldn't have bothered with Pokemon either.

An electronic pacifier is what Pokemon is designed to be. If you actually unironically enjoy it as an adult that's fine, but I'm not sure why. I listed a host of other games with a lot more going on story- and gameplay-wise but you simply discard this by impotently knocking my taste in games.

Pokemon is a kid's game, it's OK that it is. Your feelings about the matter aren't powerful enough to change this fact.
