Radiant Silvergun is just perfect and I can't see why so many people consider it as an overrated game. I've played it for the first time in my life when it was released at XBLA and I couldn't believe how awesome it looks and plays even today, putting most modern shmup into shame. I won't say it's the best shmup but it's definitely one of the best.
