I will say that the RetroMax's shoulder buttons, which are basically just Turbo 2 for A and B, make it comfier to grip. At least they didn't do the thing where they have an actual GameBoy cartridge slot but it only works with the proprietary cartridge that has all the ROMs on it like some older famiclone GameBoy handhelds did.
A shame because it's my one flaw with the RetroMini; The L and R buttons suck more than the Miyoo Mini's. And the RetroMini is both a famiclone with hundreds of preinstalled 8-bit games AND a GBA emulator with some preloaded GB, GBC, and GBA titles allowing you to add your own. Love the RetroMini.

Considering the usual price of the Retro Mini these days (it's years old and out of production), it's the most expensive GBA-specific solution on the market. It has both a built in GBA "famiclone" with several GBA titles pre-installed and a separate menu for your own SD Card loaded GBA ROMs. It CAN play NES and I think GameGear as well, but GB and GBC titles need to be converted to .gba files.
