I wouldn't call it garbage, but it could be tiring to use after a certain amount of time.

Yeah Yoshi's Safari is surprisingly fun. And the Super Scope games are just fun to pop up and play for hi-score whenever you feel like it in short bursts. Was never a big fan of the tetris-like games ("Blastris"), but I'm fucking addicted to Mole Patrol.

The Menacer remains a mystery to me. As a kid it was so weird to me that they used the same color scheme as the Super Scope (grey and red), when the Genesis was all black.

I actually liked the few games I tried on it, namely Yoshi's Safari and Battle Clash.
I played all these a lot, except for Engage. The background gave me headaches, too much mode 7 for my motion sickness.
Confront was comfy, and I liked these weird totems that start appearing around level 2 or 3.
I also played pic related a lot.
But yeah I agree with you in that it was wasted potential.

Does this game have an ending? I always get my shit fucked in advanced levels when they go too fast.

Sometimes I feel like the only person that actually enjoyed the Super Scope 6 games.

Wasted a lot of time playing mole patrol and the tetris games. And the military-themed games were amazing too, good graphics, good music, and good gameplay, they actually felt like shooting a bazooka. The game you had to intercept missiles was pretty fun and challenging.

I also liked Battle Clash, Metal Combat and Yoshi's Safari, fun games all around.

A shame only Intelligent Systems seem to gave a fuck about the Super Scope.
