Surprisingly, it's not retro, Astro Boy Omega Factor
But retro-wise, there are a lot of good stuff... Sega and Capcom's dosney games, Konami's Tiny Toon and Animaniacs games...
But probably I'd go with DBZ Super Butoden 2, loved it as a kid, and still have heated VS battles with a friend every time we meet.

Yeah I feel the whole american continent missed on Gundam big time, the first series we got was Gundam W, in cartoon network, in the early 2000s (maybe late 90s in the US? I'm from latin america).
Thankfully, latin america got a good deal with Dragon Ball, we got all of the original DB, and by 1998 DBZ. It was still late compared to Europe, but better than the US. Also the localization was nice, except for some censorship (nudes, etc), but the mexican dub is pretty good, and they left the background music intact.

The original SFC version is even more scary because after the staff credits end, the picture becomes brighter and a voice says "HI MI TSU".
