/vr/ - Retro Games

Finally beat Mother 1 on my Retroid 2S after many years of putting it off. Just one of those games I'd pick up and sorta give up on halfway through.

Finally stuck through to the end this time though and was worth it. You can really tell it was made towards the end of the NES, there's times where the presentation feels almost SNES like.

I'm honestly just happy that I've discovered the handheld scene. For some reason it's a lot easier to get into these games when you have something dedicated solely to emulators, even if it's not as powerful an emulator as my PC.
