1) Download this and install: http://www.kode54.net/bassmididrv/bassmididrv.exe

2) I can't remember if you have to restart or not after installing, but you probably don't. Either way, open Start menu, type "bassmidi", click "Configure BASSMIDI Driver."

3) Click Add, add your soundfont to the loading list as shown, and hit Apply.

4) Go into ZDoom or whatever, and select BASSMIDI Port A or B.
