learn 2 shop. you can get an NES front loader for less than 80 dollars if you're not retarded. i got a top loader for $90 on ebay with punch out and mario a few years back. I got an n64 with 2 controllers for 45 bucks on mercari 2 years ago. it's not rocket science, just look out for good deals every so often. getting a sega genesis is less than 30 dollars if you know where to look. japanese consoles are even easier as ive gotten "junk" super famicoms and original famicoms from japan for dirt cheap and they work just fine.

Man all I know is that my copy of Smash 64 is kinda fucked after using the cheat code to have unlimited time in Classic mode, meaning I could spend as much time as I wanted fighting in Race to the Finish. The aftermath was that, without the Gameshark, you can only play Classic as Mario. It always loads in Mario instead of your character of choice.

Also had 2 cameras on it, DSi exclusive software and games, a better looking UI and a faster processor. I'm not defending rereleasing systems like this but it was more of an upgrade compared to the DS Lite.
