This game had like a big ass ad campaign when it came out. Why is there no surviving fan base or remaining interest in it. Was it really that bad?

Imagine being a zoomer and having your introduction to 3D gaming be Tak and the Power of Juju or some similar shovelware game. I’m so glad I got to experience 3D gaming for the first time with Mario 64.
