Is this the hardest NES game ever?

Pic related. I actually think this game is pretty ballsy and creative, incorporating the original's reliance on repetition in a totally different way, this time relying on careful play and muscle memory.

It isn't a good game, it's actually pretty shitty, but it's a lot of fun to play. Once you really start playing it's actually kind of addicting, you get really pissed off and you won't let the game beat you. It's like when you're trying to throw a paperball in a garbage can across the room, you can't stop until you make it.

So I tried this game after seeing the Angry Nerd review, and man, it really is hard as hell. The controls are just so terrible. Anyone else here try this, or even actually beat it? I was laughing really hard while playing it.
