When I power on this 1351Q, it makes a really wimpy "zaaaaaaah" noise instead of the normal CRT whine and I get no picture. See pic; I had to repair the PSU board just to get this far. I'm told this is probably arcing inside the tube and that its probably beyond all hope, but is there any tests I can do on the fly back and the AC adapter that would confirm this?
