Skitty in PMD Rescue Team. What makes it more notable is that it's a complete piece of garbage in the normal Pokemon games.

>Sing is far more accurate than it is in the mainline games
>Attract works on every pokemon in the game, stacks with Sing
>infatuation in Rescue Team=completely immobile until it wears off
>this means you can stunlock every single enemy in the game
>Doubleslap hits for the power of 2-5 turns worth of attacks in a single turn because base move power basically doesn't exist
>even if an enemy hits you there's a good chance they're now infatuated and cannot move
