There's an entire website dedicated to listing all the issues with DX in good detail. Worse textures, worse lighting, more glitches, you name it. It's pretty sad, honestly. DX has improved framerate and resolution, but even the framerate breaks the game in some ways. It's odd how carelessly it was done and and each time the game got ported it only got worse.

DX is still very playable, just very inferior compared to the Dreamcast version and BetterSADX.
