Seems like a pain in the ass compared to Daijisho.

If I understood correctly, ES-DE requires me to
>make a patreon account
>pay for a month at the very least
>download the app
>create a billion folders on my SD
>move all all my games to their new folders
>bind each and every emulator to their new game folders
>bind each platform to its emulator? hell I hope it does this by itself at least
>let it scrape assets for hours even
>look for workarounds to make it your default launcher and use non-games app

I honestly don't think a video preview and a fancier interface is worth the effort, the alternative looks nice already.
Hell most EmulationStation themes don't even look that good.
