I might be in the minority who didn't mind Turok 2 level design that much.
Only certain parts were insufferable for me.
Like the Primagen Lightship final part, same for the late part of Hive of the Mantids.
The soundtrack really helps a lot because it keeps you invested in the action.

Flesh Eaters are the best faction btw

Made some research and apparently it's called like this because is the only game of the series to be released in Japan. Odd I know.
I guess it's also because the japanese have no idea who Turok is
