These retards playing PS2 in their LCDs complaining about 20 frames and 480 interlaced resolutions don't realize this was more than enough to look good in a CRT. Only after PS3 came, people felt the need of better resolutions and frames to match their HD LCDs, CRT's simply don't need that to look good. This is typical complaints from zoomers in /vr/ who never owned a CRT to know the difference.

>Mace is a 30fps low resolution game and doesn't even look that good on actual hardware (unemulated):
Again, N64 compensated lack of resolution and framerates to add higher amount of polygons with better physics because only this was actually visible through the blurriness of CRTs back then. None of the things you posted count as the CRTs screens intended for N64. If the console had been made for sharper LCDs as people here like to compare through emulation then resolution would make a real difference. But it was pointless once you had to degrade 3D graphics for that and most racing games as need for speed and shooters as medal of honor could not support 60fps and higher resolutions on PS1 because of this.

Funny that PS1 games that had better framerates and resolution were the most forgotten except for a few like Tekken 3. But Tekken 3 had a lower detailed background to compensate for this and that was unnoticed only because it was a fighting game. The most remembered games on PS1 were usualy in lower resolution and framerates because only then they could add better 3D graphics instead of simply upscaling bad 3D graphics into a pixaleted distorted mess.
