I have to say, while the negative space is the main issue in these smartphone and controller setups, since you'll have something that's about 25cm in size with only a fraction of that being screen, it's not so bad when you stretch it a little... I know its something many absolutely despise doing, but it can help things look less awkward, getting rid of negative space with actual screen, even if it's not 1:1 with the original's resolution... also, another thing I do is use 3rd party applications to draw a sort of border on the screen that hides the notch for the selfie camera, so there are no holes in it, once again it works well enough, picture related is Sonic Advance running on my setup, stretched, but no hole interrupting the screen, and no sort of negative space to deal with. I think it doesn't look bad, and plays just fine.

I don't know if this is just me over reacting, but I get the feeling that these threads have been getting way more negative recently, with many people getting quite upset and being downright rude at times. We all disagree over our opinions sometimes and that's fine, but let's try to not make the atmosphere 100% negative, we enjoy these handhelds because of the video games they allow us to play on the go or in the comfort of our couches or beds without needing a home console or TV, they're incredible in concept alone and most of the ones released in the last few years seem quite serviceable, it's good that most of us here have a daily driver we enjoy to use when replaying our old favorites. I'm still using my Galaxy M30 & Mocute 060 setup, it's been serving me well and the battery issue I thought I had seems to be just a bug, I recently started playing Sonic Advance, a good friend of mine knows I was always a fan of Sonic's titles over the years, and recommended me this one, it's been lovely! It feels just like a Sonic the Hedgehog 4 in many ways, and it's getting me excited for Sonic Superstars later this year.
