The Mushroom Kingdom is the land ruled by Peach and her Toads, the Mushroom World is the planet they all reside on, and the Mushroom Universe is the universe that the Mario games take place in.

It's part of the Mushroom World, which is what I meant in my previous post. I worded it wrongly, my mistake.
