Pommy system was cool, especially with the secret forms. Funny how the actually ended up expanding Pommy into a whole monster collecting game in the later games but it never had the depth that it did in the original.

I always thought Bomberman 64 and Second Attack were the peak of the series. True they're nothing like "traditional Bomberman" but they're unique puzzle adventure games that I haven't seen anything similar to. I wish they'd make more like that

Bomberman 64 and The Second Attack are the only Bomberman games I feel actually hold up as single player games today. I find the "normal" gameplay of Bomberman games terribly dull except for multiplayer.

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who played The Second Attack, goddamn I loved that game
