I just got a new terminal board in from a super kind Canadian anon. (Thanks again!) The thing is, I've gone and forgotten which color wire goes to live and which goes to neutral on the AC in terminal, it's been a couple of months since I took it apart...

Found pic-related, board on the left is the terminal board. Is this telling me that white is live? It doesn't mention black anywhere, and I'm hesitant because in most applications in the US, white is neutral and black is live... I think. Would it make a difference because the board was from Canada? I really don't need to fry something, I've been without my monitor for long enough...
