Having read about Google's new 2 hour refund policy (you can get a full refund on any application if you decide to remove it in under two hours since the moment of purchase), I went and got myself the original Dragon Quest for Android. It's just 3 bux.

What do you suppose? The menus are ugly as fuck, but controls are adequate. The filtering is passable. The graphics are from the SNES remake, right? There's a new translation. The game in the screenshot is running on Samsung Galaxy SIII / Cyanogenmod 10.1. Runs fine. The music seems to be from the SNES remake, but I'm not sure. Sounds like SNES at least.
