It says it can take analog RGB so I assume that's a yes.

It is. I connect my Wii and PS2 using component cables so it helps by not having to keep plugging and unplugging consoles all the time.

Not really worth it, the megadrive is the only one that apparently needs scart (unless I use composite) so I'll jump through some hoops to make it work with my current setup instead of investing in a new one.
