Which Frontend do you guise recommend for a emulation machine? I would like to use something simple without all those fancy demonstration movies in it.

You're probably not 18 if history shows, but I'll cut you some slack since I actually just turned 18 a few months ago, and I'm just going to assume you're like 15 or something. I have been collecting vidya for about 5 or 6 years with whatever money my jobless underaged ass could manage (mostly from working mexican wages doing construction work) and I thought I would share some of the shit I have played with someone who was in a similar position as I was years ago.
A few random great games to play:
>Darkseed because muh Giger and Mike Dawson is a faggot, and Darkseed 2 because it sucks but is fun
>Quake because Quake is life and Quake is love. Quake 2 is okay but not the same, and Quake 3 is an alright Deathmatch game but it has no singleplayer.
>Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon/Goemon's Great Adventure/LOTMN as well as import the 4 SFC games and the 4 PS1 games along with the 2 Famicom games, and maybe the RPGS whenever you learn moon (which you will if you ever want to go far in this hobby)
>Famicom Detective Club II because I love that game even though you will have to emulate it to play in english
>Jojo on Dreamcast because that game is a godsent among fighters
>Rocket Knight Adventures play on Hard unless you are a pussy
>Dynamite Headdy because muh Treasure, play Gunstar Heroes and McDonalds too.
>Gradius, Gradius 2, Gradius 3, Salamander, and Gradius Gaiden. The MSX Nemisis stuff is supposed to be good but I haven't played it. Gaiden is an import.
>DoDonPachi because pew pew
