Uhh Super Robot Wars 64. It's a strategy RPG like Fire Emblem. It'n not even remotely in English though. I think everything else has been mentioned.

I'd love to get my hands on Ogre Battle 64 but it's hella expensive.
Recently I imported Super Robot Wars 64 and been enjoying it, it was the only 5th gen SRW game that I didn't play before.

But Shining Force is a SRPG.
N64 has Ogre Battle 64 which is pretty good.
And Japan-only but N64 has an exclusive Super Robot Wars (Saturn has F and F Final which are also on PS1)

It's more of an action-adventure game, and it has a lot of platforming. Wouldn't call it an RPG.

N64 has some more RPGs, but most of them are japan-only.

They are just very, very exaggerated and probably just parrot what others say.

N64 is lacking in some genres compared to the PS1 or Saturn, but damn if it doesn't have some of the best games of 5th gen.

It's a console with a reduced, but exquisite catalogue if you're willing to go beyond just Nintendo and Rare, you will find many gems.
And, like the Saturn, when you start looking into the japanese-only releases, the catalogue expands even more.

That's the point.

I can keep adding non-Ninty/Rare games by the way, but I wanted to make a list of games people here are somewhat familiar with. There's a lot of japan-only N64 games.
