Chocolate Doom comes with aspect ratio correction; DOSBox does not.

The original Doom was designed in 320x200 but was meant to be vertically stretched 20% in a CRT monitor. Nowadays, if you play Doom, your modern source port will correct the aspect ratio and stretch everything vertically by 20% for you. If you play in DOSBox everything will be horizontally stretched, pic related.
