Why did the sequel to the greatest platformer on the Super NES have to suck so much? Horrible art style mixed in with a crying baby Mario killed it for me. It doesn't even feel like a real Mario game.

Never owned it as a kid or knew anyone who did, but picked up a copy a while back and it's now one of my favorite games on the console.

The level design is from ass and monsters are ridiculous

So I can get an ouya for 45 dollars, is it a decent emulation box or what? Since this is about the price of an android minipc, I am considering it. I've tried finding some representative videos of how emulators perform on it, but its hard to find any more recent performance vids. Is this thing going to suck for n64 and ps1? I thought this would be cheaper than building a computer and all that.
