I don't really find Sonic 1 any harder than the others, it's definitely slower and more methodical which I think makes it harder to people because you need more patience, but I don't find the actual difficulty harder. In fact these bitches are the most annoying thing to me in the whole series

Not really the starfish things though, those are easy you just have to have a certain rhythm, but the mantis and crab fucks will drive me nuts everytime
