I mostly practiced against the computer, and it gets me started against others. It is a very bad barometer of how any actual payer would perform, since the computer can extensively walk forward yet perform a back charged attack or gain strange invulnerabilities. The AI can be easily exploited for patterns that actual people should not do (perform a weak dragon punch 2 whole character spaces away from Guile and "bait" him into a somersault for a punish works every time against the AI, but actually an invite into suplex city). I would recommend finding others of similar ability and improve one another in a gradual, natural pace over time playing the game lots.

It is not, but it is pretty close. If you're looking for arcade perfect, maybe give CPS1 boards or the CPS Changer. The PS2/Xbox/360/PS4/Switch should have something even closer, but the best bet is probably emulating the arcade release. Even with the differences, like the SNES ports, I still played them with friends/family and had lots of fun: https://youtu.be/ZZNElxnFQk0

That's a shame. So that means there was no good home port to play outside of emulation. I remember the HD Remix uses the Dreamcast code, does it suffer the same 1 frame input lag (in addition to artwork that I did not like, featured in some artbooks of at my local bookstore yesterday).

At least $230USD for the Dreamcast ... I will never be able to get it now ... so I best learn to settle.

I post on my first off day from flipping burgers on /vr/ quite frequently, just look for my kitchen table and handwriting. As for the game, I am not sure it was rare, I just thought it'd be a good platformer. The hardest game for me to get on JP Sega Saturn was WWF In Your House, but I actually actively looked for it ($2, but shipping to me in the US was $10).

You got confused and blamed the wrong posts. I was the one who read that as "eiyuu" which is "hero" because it is the exact same kanzi for "eiyuu" I am not familiar with Japanese baseball player names so I assumed it was "[Last Name] Hero World Series Baseball". I will own up to the fact that my Japanese is on the level of a retard Japanese 3rd grader's level, but I just read them as I saw them instead of looking up the game.

but anon, I do have it; see the picture. I just prefer base Alpha 2 over Alpha 2 Gold, because as a mid-tier Vega/Bison player, I felt Alpha 2 Gold buffed the top characters like Ken, while nerfing everyone which didn't need nerfs, it was Capcom's old school balancing at its finest

Tokimeki Memorial is a date game, where it is about stat management, sort of like the fun I had with Princess Maker 2 on DOS. However, the two in OP's image, one of them is a falling puzzle piece game like Puyo Puyo which is pretty fun, the other however is a digital novel featuring one of the more popular characters in the base game. I gave those games a chance and I liked them.

This is why I post on 4chan
