Song of Horror also has tank controls and plays nothing like modern horror games, therefore it's retro

Song of Horror is actually really good, imo...it feels like playing a ghost movie. There is a story, and each location is very well crafted/designed. It plays a lot like the old fixed angle horror games regarding puzzles and finding/using items, but the most notable difference between SoH and RE/SH is that there is no combat system. The only real downside to the game are the QTE horror mechanics (some are good, some are bad). The controls are fine, but there is a bit of jank moving up/down staircases.
I am 32 and thought that I was past the point of video games being scary, but SoH turned out to be really frightening. I actually love it because my favorite horror movies are haunting/possession movies and SoH does it very well.

The best horror games do have fixed angles because it allows for the creation of high quality horror atmosphere. Deal with it you shitty retard.
