This game's basically a glorified tech demo but it's a pretty fun one and very impressive for 1994, with graphics rivaling most early PS1 and Saturn games. It was later ported to the Saturn and 3DO.

Return Fire is a really cool tank game that was ported elsewhere but I think it actually has an exclusive expansion called Maps O' Death.

PO'ed and Killing Time are weird and interesting Doom-era FPS's that originally came out on 3DO but honestly the PS1 and PC ports run much better.

Lucienne's Quest is the only notable JRPG for the console. Not an amazing game and the framerate is nauseating but it's there if you like the genre. Allegedly the Saturn version isn't any better and never got translated or localized either. There's also Guardian War but it's more of a tactical RPG and it doesn't have shit on contemporaries like Ogre Battle or Shining Force.

Need for Speed on 3DO is significantly different from the PS1, PC, and Saturn versions, it's a slower-paced game but some people might prefer that and the graphics were state-of-the-art for consoles at the time.

Trip'd is a neat puzzle game from the same devs as D, which was ported to the PS1 but only in Japan.

Doctor Hauzer's a neat survival horror-esque 3D Adventure game with a cult following, never released outside of Japan but it has a fan translation.

Blade Force and Immercenary are flawed but interesting and unique games that were never ported to anything else.

Wolfenstein 3D, Wing Commander III, Star Control II, The Incredible Machine, Alone in the Dark 1 and 2, Syndicate, Theme Park, Myst, Novastorm, the Putt-Putt games, Samurai Shodown, Flashback, Out of this World, Lemmings, Mad Dog McCree, D, and Space Hulk are all neat games that got decent-if-not-great ports for 3DO.
