Are you sure?
It's rather a beginners mistake to assume that.
You should examine the solder closely and check for little fringes.
Better wiggle a suspecting looking pin with tweezers and look if the pin is loose.
And if you're paranoid resolder all not so good looking joints.

The glue around the deflection coil is cracked in my dropped and horrible looking KV-M1400D. The 15khz whine is twice as loud as in the KV-M1420D in OP which is internally identical.
